Fitness Bootcamp

Slim down and shape up with this fun and affordable workout! Each one-hour class offers a total-body
workout including indoor/outdoor strength and cardio exercises utilizing all of today's popular workout
trends. No two classes are ever the same. Led by a degreed exercise physiologist, not just a "certified
personal trainer," our class size is limited to ensure all participants receive the individual attention they
deserve. Complimentary nutrition coaching and fitness assessments are included.

Bootcamp Includes... Indoor/outdoor exercises, resistance band strength training, free weight and
medicine ball exercises, stability ball exercises, yoga and pilates moves, kickboxing, camaraderie and
support, and much more.
