Early Bird Bootcamp
Bringing our incredible total-body bootcamp to the residents of Haddonfield, NJ and local towns!
Located at Dance Etc, 320 N. Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield, our indoor/outdoor Early Bird
Bootcamp gets your blood pumping with great camaraderie. Class includes both cardio and
strength training exercises designed to burn fat and build muscle quickly!

Days & Time | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6-7 AM
Price | $100 for 10 class pass, $12 drop-in rate; 10 class pass muct be used in one month.

Subversion Fitness Bootcamp
Held right here in our fully equipped fitness studio, this indoor/outdoor bootcamp is designed to
help you slim down and shape up fast! Each class includes indoor/outdoor cardio as well as
strength training exercises utilizing all of today's popular equipment. Nutrition coaching and fitness
assessments are included. Burn up to 800 calories per hour with this fun, yet challenging fitness
bootcamp. Over 250 pounds have been lost thus far at bootcamp! This is your opportunity to
workout with a trainer for the most affordable price in Southern New Jersey!

Days & Time | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30-7:30 PM
Price | $32/1x per week, $64/2x, $84/3x, $100 unlimited; $10 drop-in rate

Women's Only Bootcamp
An exclusive atmosphere where women can focus on achieving the body of their dreams! If you'd
like to slim down and shape up with the crowds or audiences found at large gyms, this bootcamp is
the class for you. Held in our private, fully equipped fitness studio, you will receive a one-hour,
total-body workout for the most affordable price!

Days & Time | Monday and Thursday at 9:30 AM

What is a "Box On The Wall" Bootcamp?

"Box On The Wall" Bootcamp, like our other fitness bootcamps,
offer a one-hour, total-body workout, led by a degreed exercise
physiologist at our fitness studio. However, unlike classes at
health clubs or other local bootcamps, you choose how much to
pay per class! We literally set out a box, and hope that you will
leave a generous donation in return for the awesome workout we
provide and incredible results you will achieve. The minimum we
ask is $5 per class, and that you spread the word of how we help
you accopmplish a hot new body!

We currently offer one "Box On The Wall" bootcamp per month.

Led by a degreed exercise physiologist, not just a "certified personal trainer," our
one-hour total-body bootcamp is designed to help you burn fat, sculpt lean muscle, and
lose inches fast! Bootcamp incorporates all of today's workout trends including
indoor/outdoor creative cardio, strength and conditioning, toning exercises, stability ball
and resistence band exercises, free weight exercises, pilates moves, core training,
kickboxing, and much more. No two classes are ever the same. All classes are limited
in size to ensure each participant receives the attention they need and deserve to get
amazing results. Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome! We are not
a millitary style bootcamp, but rather a group of people having fun while getting fit!
