By popular demand, we have added new fitness bootcamps to our repertoire of fitness
programs! All of our bootcamp classes are led be a degreed exercise physiologist and
offer a total body workout in just one hour. Fitness bootcamp includes indoor/outdoor
creative cardio, strength and conditioning, toning exercises, stability ball and resistence
band exercises, light weighted exercises, pilates moves, core training, kickboxing, and
much more! All classes are designed to help you burn calories and lose inches fast.

Men and women, all ages and fitness levels welcome! Everyone receives individual
attention; we are not a millitary style bootcamp, but rather a group of people having fun
while getting fit!

Bootcamp!

What is a "Box On The Wall" Bootcamp?

"Box On The Wall" Bootcamp, like our other fitness bootcamps,
offer a one-hour, total-body workout, led by a degreed exercise
physiologist at our fitness studio. However, unlike classes at
health clubs or other local bootcamps, you choose how much to
pay per class! We literally set out a box, and hope that you will
leave a generous donation in return for the awesome workout we
provide and incredible results you will achieve. The minimum we
ask is $5 per class, and that you spread the word of how we help
you accopmplish a hot new body!

Our evening bootcamps located in Moorestown are currently "Box
On The Wall" bootcamps! Please call to reserve your spot, as
class space is limited!
Early Bird Bootcamp - Haddonfield
Days / Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6-7 AM
Location: Dance Etc, 320 Haddon Avenue, Haddonfield, NJ
Price: $100 for 10 classes, or $12 drop-in rate

Early Bird Bootcamp - Moorestown
Days / Times: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6-7 AM
Location: Subversion Fitness, 400 N. Church Street, Suite 115 B, Moorestown, NJ
Price: Tuesdays Only- $80 for 8 week session; Thursdays only- $80 for 8 week session;
$150 for two classes per week for 8 week session; $15 drop-in rate
Note: 8 week session begins Tuesday, March 16th

Price: A fair donation, $5 minimum... but more is always appreciated!
