Power Yoga | Tuesday at 8 AM and Thursday at 5:30 PM Relax and rejuvenate with Pete as he quickly leads you through a series of yoga poses, then encourages you to hold deep stretches. Join Anna for this high-energy, high-low impact aerobics and total body toning class! 40-Minute Fitness| Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12-12:45 PM This condensed version of Bootcamp provides the perfect mid-day workout! Get moving during your lunch break to rev up your metabolism the rest of your day! Barre Body | Wednesdays at 5:30 PM and Friday at 9:15 AM, new class beginning on Tuesdays at 9:15 AM starting February 7th! Attention ballerinas! Or those of us that'd like to look like one. This ballet-infused fitness class combines cardio combinations with strength training exercises to develop long, lean muscles FAST! Fitness Fusion Bootcamp | Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs at 6:30-7:30 PM This one-hour, total body workout combines cardio and strength training exercises, utilizing all of today's popular fitness trends. No two workouts are ever the same, so you'll never be bored but always be challenged! Our bootcampers have lost over 800 pounds so far! TRX | Mondays at 5:30 PM and Thursdays at 9:15 AM Ready, set, hang! This fun new type of suspension strength training forces you to use your body weight to achieve higher levels of fitness fast!
