Lynne McKenna, a 33 year old woman from Cherry Hill, has made remarkable
health and fitness gains over the past year! Erika Camm was introduced to
Lynne while working at a local tennis club. Intrigued by this woman's
determination to live healthier, Erika took Lynne on as a personal training
client.

Despite having open heart surgery to correct a hole in her heart as a child,
having operations on her legs, and living with Down Syndrome, Lynne
McKenna began working out twice a week and eating a healthier diet. With
professional fitness help and strong dedication, Lynne has lost over 50 pounds! Just one year ago
Lynne promised to make changes; we are so incredibly happy to be celebrating her success!

Not only has Lynne become an avid exerciser, she is also an incredible basketball player! Over
the past year, Lynne has improved her dribbling and shooting skills and can make 35 successful
shots in less than 20 minutes on the basketball court! She can also now run with the ball; running was
an impossibiloity before her training. Lynne also enjoys singing and writing, bowling, horseback riding,
watching Little House On The Prairie, and chatting on the phone with her friends.

At the age of 58, Rosemary Carney decided it was time to take full
control of her health. After battling cancer, arthritis, and surgery on her
shoulder, neck, and back, among other ailments, Rosemary decided to
invest in herself- through personal training with Erika Camm.

This July, Rosemary celebrated her first year illness free! Everyday
physical movements that other people take for granted, Rosemary can
finally accomplish without pain. For instance, she can now raise both
arms up over her head, can walk up a flight of stairs with no hesitation,
and can get through a day of work at the hospital without back or neck

pounds, while improving mobility and strength, but he "feels better" already!
