expected to attend two one-hour workouts per week, follow a customized meal plan, and report for a brief

Cardio Kickboxing
Get ready to break a sweat in this high-energy, fat blasting class led by Moorestown
resident, Anna Iredale! Not only will you get your heart rate up, you'll work on toning
up typically flabby areas. Hello, beach-worthy belly! Class is held Mondays at 9:15
AM and Saturdays at 9 AM.


Barre Body
Attention ballerinas! Or those of you that just want to look like one. This funky and fun
ballet-infused fitness class sculpts long, lean muscle fast... without the coordination and
dance experience required of real ballerinas. Class is held Wednesdays at 5:30 PM
and Fridays at 9:15 AM. New class begins Tuesday February 7th at 9:15 AM.
